The raw materials for Aircraft Cable are galvanized steel wire and stainless steel wire for carbon structural steel. The coating of galvanized steel wire should be uniform, continuous, free from cracks and spalling. After the inspection is qualified, the raw material is wrapped up in accordance with the specified work wheel in accordance with the requirements of the process, loaded into the twisting strand on the twisting machine, and then close to the rope.
