On February 6, the 12000 ton full swing crane ship "ZPMC 30" successfully completed the 13200 ton overload lifting test in Changxing branch of Zhenhua Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. The successful completion of the lifting test indicates that all indexes of "ZPMC  30" meet the requirements of the design and classification society, and will continue to participate in the construction of marine engineering to help the construction of "marine power".

The "physical examination" of "ZPMC 30" is a major project. The main task is to re carry out the lifting test on the 12000 ton crane to ensure that all its functional indicators meet the design requirements, including 1760 ton lifting test of auxiliary hook, 4270 ton, 7700 ton, 11000 ton, 13200 ton lifting test of main hook, etc.

In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the lifting test, Zhenhua heavy industry invited the expert review team to assess the risk difficulties, established the project department, and formulated the targeted optimization of the weight test scheme and emergency plan according to the actual situation. After a series of careful and orderly organization and preparation, witnessed by CCS and ABS, the "general physical examination" of "Zhenhua 30" began on January 22, and all lifting tests were completed on February 6.
