Major project: Lianyungang Shenghong refining and chemical vacuum tower completed the "first hoisting in 2021"

On January 18, Shenghong refining and chemical lifting project of CNPC No.1 Construction Company adopted the "crane lifting method" process of 4000 ton crawler crane main crane, 1350 ton crawler crane tail sliding and 2000t grade balance beam and 276 diameter jointless rope ring provided by LKING STEEL LIMITED. The atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit of the Shenghong refining and chemical integration project was successfully lifted with a diameter of 14m, height of 58m and lifting the weight of 1717t A bit.

Project introduction

Vacuum tower is the core equipment of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit in the "leading" unit of refining and chemical project. It is mainly used to fractionate and produce light wax oil, heavy wax oil, vacuum residue and other components under the condition of vacuum, as the secondary processing raw materials of downstream units. The lifting vacuum tower is 58 meters high, 14 meters in diameter and 1717 tons in total weight. It is the largest diameter tower in the whole plant and the refining vacuum tower with the largest single treatment capacity in China. The successful lifting of the vacuum tower marks that all the large-scale key equipment of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit of Shenghong Petrochemical Company are in place, which lays a solid foundation for the smooth start-up of the project
