Lifting a 1200 ton off-shore electricity generator module for FPSO

LKS cooperated with the Guangzhou Salvage Bureau on 2014 for lifting SBM Offshore’s CDMTS-012 electricity generator module from the Nan-Sha-Long-Xue Wharf in GuangZhou towards an off-shore FPSO 1 kilometer away from the wharf.

In the project, the Guangzhou Salvage Bureau was in charge of operations on the “Hua-Long” engineering vessel, whereas JianFeng was in charged for the design of lifting scheme and providing tools and slings. The project ran smoothly and completed with great success.

The project is another representation of LKS’s mastery and profession; our wire ropes, weldless slings, high tonnage wide body & bow shackles were tested individually and combined, ensuring capability and reliability for every product.
