The widely used contact wire rope caused by the first and second bending causes the monofilament fracture easily, and the cross parts between the monofilaments are rubbed with each other because of the monofilament, which has the disadvantage of serious damage to the steel rope.
On the contrary, wire contact wire rope reduces these bending and internal friction, in order to prevent broken wire and improve the contact state between the monofilaments in the strand, the structure has SEAL (S), FILLER (Fi), WARRINGTON (W) and so on. And in order to make the monofilament in a fine diameter and more total, the softness of the wire rope is increased, and it is combined into SEAL-FILLER (SFI), WARRINGTON SEAL (WS) or point contact form into SEMI-SEAL (SES), SEMI-FILLER (SEFI) and so on.
