Gym Wire Rope Cable Assemblies 3.2mm diameter 7 x 19 Galvanised Steel Rope
You send us your worn or broken cable and we send you a new replacement manufactured to your pattern within 72 hours.
Our wire rope gym cables are available in three sizes:
Ropes are made to precise lengths to suit your apparatus with appropriate end fittings, such as soft loop, thimble (eyelet), swaged eye terminal, threaded adjuster, shock balls etc.
LKS manufacture and stock a comprehensive range of nylon coated cables and fittings to suit the major types of gymnasium equipment in China. We can supply both single domestic orders and large commercial orders at very competitive prices.

LKS recommend using a 4mm 7×19 Galvanised Wire Rope coated to 5mm in Clear Nylon.
Please note that all gym cables have a tolerance of +/- 15mm
For no additional cost we can guarantee a Safety Working Load of 209kg, compared to 117kg that you get from the standard 3mm equivalent – that’s 80% higher for the same overall diameter.
Other wire ropes and coatings are available on request.

1.stainless steel :
providing good corrosion resistance and strength comparable to galvanized carbon steel grades.
2.galvanized steel:
Zinc coated carbon steel offers some corrosion resistance. It remains ductile over long periods of working. Usually higher break strengths than stainless steels.
